I had the pleasure to work with Heather from 2008-2010 on matters relating to certification registration and reporting for Europe and Asia Pacific. We worked closely with the global Certification Tools program manager and support team to ensure accuracy and completeness of certification data for our constituents as IBM prepared to deploy its Career Smart Framework world-wide. While we never had the opportunity for a face-to-face meeting, Heather and I participated in regular conference calls and e-mail conversations to ensure that any issues or problems with the tools were identified, reported and resolved in a timely manner.
