I currently manage the contact centre and back-office teams in Manila together with my wonderful leadership and support teams. I had the opportunity to be the pioneer member of the contact centre team in October 2009 and worked my way in further developing the business. I have also been highly involved in the implementation of moving the business to three different contact centres in Manila until we have found our current partner, Technoglobal Team. Earlier this year, I have been nominated as the EOS Champion after successfully rolling out EOS in our Manila teams. I have then started my journey as an Integrator ensuring our Australian and Manila teams are aligned. As an Implementor for the business, under the guidance of Roger Vertannes, I have also started facilitating quarterly and annual meetings for our Australian and Manila teams ensuring our gaps are addressed and worked on.
