I'll start with, I didn't know Matt prior to our client engagement. Over the course of time Matt and I developed a keen understanding of each other's respective drivers, which ultimately brought our logos together. What I liked about Matt's approach was it was more consultative than a direct transaction. We walked the path and developed a long term roadmap of what we thought was best for both of our firms.
