Ryan Hoffman is a very inspirational individual, both to his peers and his customers. He has a type of confidence that is uniquely inspiring, no matter who is in the room. His personality is naturally disarming and friendly, which accounted for his broad popularity throughout his dealer group while at Ford of Canada in Edmonton. As a result, he significantly raised the bar in a territory that wasn’t used to the kind of attention he gave it, and consequently, he sold many of the dealers on retail growth concepts, and had them participating willingly and profitably; often after years of resistance to repeated attempts from those who preceded him. Much of Ryan’s success is rooted in his abilities to listen and remove obstacles along the path to success, all the while remaining sincere and respectful. He is as comfortable flying solo as he is in collaboration with colleagues, and he would make a fine addition to any sales driven organization that understands what is required to meet the expectations of its current and future customers.

My name is Chad Lambert I recently worked for Ryan Hoffman at Illumivision INC as Territory Sales Manager. I would like to take this time to endorse him. Ryan made me what I am today. I held a decent desk job as an optical designer for an automotive lighting company, and had never been in a sales role until I joined Illumivision. Ryan asked me personally to join Illumivision as I had the technical side of the business already, and he knew he could teach me the rest. I knew it would be a difficult challenge, very demanding and lots of travel, but with Ryan’s mentoring I even learned how to make that work. He taught me the ways of Sales and how it related to the lighting industry. Ryan taught me the value of making good relationships and good business decisions. He was a very dedicated employee. He sacrificed his family, his social life and frankly his health to support Illumivision traveling across Canada, the US and beyond. He would even support me, in person, if I needed him in times of struggle with a client. Ryan brought me into a new world un-chained from my desk and treated me with respect and leadership. If he can show your company the same skills and leadership that he showed and taught me, you will not regret having him on your team, and your team will be stronger across the board. I wish him luck and prosperity in all future ventures. Regional Sales Manager – MODA LIGHT Chad Lambert
