I worked with Roua on a project, we were both in the Marketing department. We collaborated to craft a marketing plan\strategy from scratch for a tech startup. The most noticeable criterion is that she is driven by passion, whenever she works on something she adds flavor to it. Always ready to work and give her best. About: MEPI Student Leaders is a fully funded exchange program by the US Department for MENA region's aspiring young leaders to serve good for their community. 💡 Selected among 14 students out of 700 applications in Tunisia. 💡 It was an intensive 6 weeks experience where I was assigned at Portland State University. This experience has opened my eyes on my own abilities for leadership, conflict resolution and project management. 💡 The multi-cultural contact I'd had being in an international environment has made me more open and more delightful for more knowledge of people and their cultures. Accomplishments: 🚀 Developed teamwork, project management, public speaking skills. 🚀 Managed to work in an international environment by implementing communication skills. 🚀 Managed to successfully lead my PSU peers for a week according to the schedule. 🚀 Nominated as PSU Student of the year 2017 for my performance during the program. 🚀 Volunteered at Transition Projects by working and collaborating with my team on this humanitarian cause by helping making hygiene kits for homeless people in Portland by establishing making more than 100+ kits for them.
