Tech Support for a web-based program (providing first and second level, high-quality customer support. I diagnosed and resolved hardware / software conflicts. Often times troubleshooting the client needs involves more than the program and it's not unusual to have to help them with printing, pop-up blockers, interference from their security program etc. I researched and followed-up routine user problems and escalate more complex issues. I was involved in QA before and after system upgrades. I worked on reports to ensure the accuracy of our data. I was a liaison for one of the vendors we use. (Under the new company, I am still a contact but not the primary liaison). If there is a problem with their product, I reported it and followed it through until the problem was resolved.
