I’ve had the pleasure of working with Beau as a strategic partner for over five years. Beau constantly develops impactful and organic integrations for the San Francisco Chronicle both online and in person, ensuring we build a truly mutually beneficial and unique partnership every year.

Beau was a pleasure to work with at California Film Institute. He's a complete team player: organized, friendly, and positive. Running film festivals is no easy feat and Beau's contributions to the well-oiled machine that was our team were invaluable.

Schools and employers in our community are working together to provide exciting educational opportunities for students through the Marin County School to Career Partnership. The Partnership focuses on providing career exploration and awareness programs for students. We also collaborate with schools planning and implementing career pathways, academies and work-based learning programs. The Partnership has enjoyed strong community-wide support and has been successful in building effective working relationships among schools, businesses and organizations, civic and community groups.Over 200 Marin County employers support School to Career programs by providing internships and job shadows for students, professional development opportunities for educators and by participation on advisory boards and curriculum advisory panels. Through their involvement, employers are taking an active role in preparing their workforce of tomorrow while providing meaningful learning opportunities to the students of today. During 2014-2015, more than 1,200 students participated in School to Career programs. The Partnership Board, made up of community leaders from education, business and a diverse cross-section of community organizations oversees the program. The Partnership receives strong support from chambers of commerce, rotary clubs, business associations and other community-based groups. This strong support has helped the Partnership to develop high-quality programs with key community partners. The Marin County Economic Commission has presented their Award for Excellence in Workforce Preparedness to the Partnership in recognition of its work. The Marin County School Boards Association honored the Partnership with the Golden Bell Award for its outstanding programs, and the Marin County Civil Grand Jury awarded a grade of “A+” to the Partnership and to the Marin County Regional Occupational Program for the quality of their career and technical programs.
