Key Responsibilities • Selected as part of a secondment program between PetroleumBRUNEI and Brunei's Ministry of Energy (ME) and gained substantial exposure to the regulatory side of the country’s oil and gas sector through leading and managing external stakeholder relations, communication and marketing campaigns for the Ministry • Recognized the need to develop a Communication guideline for the Ministry and successfully introduced a strategic communication framework, aiming for a clearer process of communication internally. This resulted in more accountability from all parties involved, and a more collaborative, structured and transparent process of approval for any media collaterals • Led the preparations of briefs, reports and press coverage for the Ministry’s incoming international trade missions, business delegations and courtesy visits.
