I've worked with some fabulous exec coaches over the past decades and Christy is among the best. She is helpful both as an individual coach and Christy and Dave have done great work together facilitating growth in our team, and coaching several of my execs, and leading joint sessions around particular strategic priorities. I could see the learning and new approaches take hold in weeks, giving us deeper alignment around our mission to save lives, and driving accountability and success throughout our organization. Christy has helped me as a sounding board for how to bring very diverse leadership team members together and resolve some of the natural tensions that exist for example between sales and R&D, how to set goals and ensure accountability better. As an introvert she has helped me share more of my thoughts and assumptions in my own work mentoring and coaching execs and to create a space where team members can safely ask for and accept guidance and help. Our sessions are thoughtful, tied to business success, and pragmatic - many times working through specific examples or upcoming meetings and Christy has brought new insights and tools as I reflect and prepare. As someone who loves growth mindset, Christy has been rocket fuel for our journey!

Christy has been my coach for over 4 years. I can emphatically say that she has made a HUGE difference-maker in my career and journey as a COO. As my executive coach, Christy has been my superpower! Christy's strengths are many-fold. She's gone deep enough with me into all aspects of my job to coach me through difficult situations and conversations. She has a unique combination of veteran operational leadership experience alongside extremely high competence in coaching skills and frameworks, all of which has led to us having valuable, actionable work sessions that moved the needle for myself and my team. I've had other coaches in the past and have felt that many times those conversations looked more like "Rubber Ducking" with me - just having me talk through what I'd do, how I'd think about X, what might I do differently but offering no practical insights or solutions, just letting me "do the work" of finding those solutions by asking probing questions. Christy's sessions are different - they are tangible, practical, actionable, context-specific, and grounded in actual experience. To top it off, she's a wonderful human being and I consider myself lucky to have met and worked so closely with her. She's changed what an "executive coach" means to me, and I cannot recommend her highly enough!

I have been passionate about coaching leaders for over a decade now. This venture aligns with my passion in life — helping others far exceed their goals. We coach, mentor, and consult with CEOs and their leadership teams at high-tech startups, typically 50-1,000 people in size. We do individual and team work with executives and our services are customized to their needs. We find our experience as executives gives us a unique edge to help our clients succeed.
