When I worked for the Olympic Broadcasting Services I was part of a team of 5 people. We had to assist up to 100 commentators on how to use the broadcasting equipment with the goal of ensuring a smooth coverage of the Games. We were working in a high-pressured environment which made it essential for us to work together and as effectively as possible. I demonstrated creativity when I went on to put in place a chain system that would allow us to set up the equipment in record time. This drastically improved the pace at which we worked and led to me being named Team Leader as well as being personally asked to extend my contract to help cover the Paralympics.
