As onsite Entertainment Consultant to the Warner Brothers Movie World Madrid theme park (November 2001 to July 2003): Developed plan for the Entertainment department’s organizational structure, trained the new Management staff, and ensured a proper hand off from the project development team to the Operations team for the park’s inaugural season. Evaluated and provided ongoing operational advice and recommendations for the Entertainment, Wardrobe and Technical Services departments.
