He gets things done. Those would be the first words in my mind if someone asks me how Jaroslav is. I have been working with Jaroslav between 2009 and 2013 at Hewlett Packard when I was leading the Enterprise Monitoring and Reporting Organization. Jaroslav has been working as an OVO administrator and later as a Problem Manager under the ITIL methodology. As a Problem Manager Jaroslav has proven to be an excellent leader driving the organization efficiencies. One of the most significant initiatives Jaroslav has led, was the project aiming to decrease the operational effort implementing advanced problem management. It was a short-term project, with the objective to decrease the noise coming from the monitored systems by defined volume. Jaroslav has led the technical team members through the project, has pushed, pulled, has done all what was needed at the time to identify, design and implement the necessary changes to address the environment noise issues. The project was successful, and team accomplished required outcome. On this and also other initiatives, Jaroslav has proven to be a strong leader, negotiator, focused on the results and able to find the solutions in an unpredictable environment.
