I know Ainur in three different capacities; as a classmate during MSc Water Science and Engineering, as a fellow researcher at International Groundwater Resources Assessment Center (IGRAC), and as a coordinator for partnerships team at Water Youth Network (WYN). Ainur distinguished herself from her peers owing to her good communication and organizational skills. Her presentations are both clear and concise, as well as, interesting to hear. I found her as an amiable person filled with positive energy to share ideas. I have witnessed her present complex hydrogeological concepts to her colleagues in a lucid manner. Due to her strong networking skills, Ainur remains up to date with the recent advancements in the water sector. Ainur is a natural leader when it comes to teamwork project management. Being hardworking, imaginative and dedicated are among her top skills.
