ProMotion! was a fantastic partner for the mobile marketing tour I worked on beginning in 2017, concluding 2018. My role in the tour was managing logistics - including our vendor partner and tour stops. The tour's purpose was brand awareness due to a change of company names, and new branding. Cathi Kennedy, Account Director, aka "Queen" (they have a wonderfully personable, yet professional environment) was my primary contact throughout. I chose a number of vendors to interview via phone, and don't regret my decision. They proposed top-notch candidates for us to interview as our Tour Managers who fit our purpose -- Brand Ambassadors. Successful candidates were trained on the company brand and technology, identical in the two trucks. When partnered with ProMotion! there is no doubt they will be a true partner from start to finish. We had an unfortunate situation during the tour. One of the trucks was hit by a drunk driver, and there was an event the next day. Their team alerted me immediately, proposed a temporary solution, and the event went off as planned. Steve personally tended to every aspect of truck repairs; insurance of the liable party, vetting body shops, and more, keeping me posted every step of the way.
