SummerStage is an outdoor family theater set in the state park of Lapham Peak in Delafield, WI. Holding the titles of Event Manager and House Manager, I worked to ensure the pleasure of each patron while maintaining open communications between park personnel, cast, crew, and volunteers. Daily tasks included opening and closing the venue, preparing the admissions and concessions booth, disposing of waste and handling of recyclables, composing financial reports, handling of cash and credit transactions, and taking calls on the company phone.
