      TeamGrowNL was a project that aimed to help local businesses meet their human resources needs, if not available locally, through existing immigration programming and expatriate opportunities in Newfoundland and Labrador and Atlantic Canada.Being well-versed with available government (and other) services and supports that can help businesses address human resources needs through immigration, I worked with NL employers one-on-one to understand HR needs, communicated available services and supports, and guided firms through application processes where appropriate.
