I first had the opportunity to meet Mary Anne O'Neill in 2017 when she was a participant at a Professional Sales Education Keynote I was delivering for a client, Tiger Leather, one of the world’s leading suppliers to the interior design, architectural and retail manufacturing industries. Throughout the program and during the breaks I was impressed with the insightfulness of Mary Anne’s questions and her sincere desire to acquire additional knowledge that could benefit her clients. The extent of her industry knowledge and her skills as a Sales Professional are exemplary. In early 2019, I began working with Mary Anne on a regular basis. At this point, I really got to understand what Mary Anne is about. She is laser focused on her customers and doing whatever she can do to help them achieve the end result they desire. In order for anyone to do this effectively on a consistent basis that person, has to know the overall industry, the segments in the industry they are working with and of course the individual clients. I have consulted and taught clients all over the world and in dozens of industries and rarely have a met anyone with the depth of understanding Mary Anne possesses. Her professionalism and attention to detail is to be admired, as are her problem-solving skills. She constantly works with everyone involved in a Project to ensure her clients and her company meet their objectives and do it in the best possible time frame with the best possible product to get exceptional results.
