Olga managed me directly for almost 3 years at Apriorit and she is one of the best project managers I’ve met. As a project manager Olga started the project with only 4 people and limited representation to the customer. Olga was able to supervise and scale the team up to 50 teammates that included 4 technical teams. Using her management and mentoring skills Olga created a team of scrum masters that used the Scrum of Scrums approach to manage project teams in a fast-paced agile environment. The development and release processes were tuned perfectly and we had a really good experience with all the development activities. Olga is result oriented and diligent with details which helped us a lot during the project lifecycle. Also, she is very friendly, and I would love to work with Olga again.
