Architas is a young dynamic asset management company. Amongst my responsibility has been management of a brand refresh project to reflect this, working with both an external agency and in-house designer. As a young company developing its distribution, my involvement as point person for developing a CRM system to support the sales team and marketing requirements has been key. This is a main focus as we develop marketing campaigns and the ability to demonstrate ROI is ever important. Key to my role has been event management, focusing on strategic planning and day to day management of both in house and external events as well as seeking out relevant sponsorship prospects targeting our key audience to both manage existing relationships and progress business development opportunities. My remit extends to digital and content marketing strategies to support the digital focus of the company in a cost efficient manner. The integrated marketing approach adopted by myself and the company has helped develop my marketing skills across various disciplines. Show less

Strategic and operational role working as part of the Investment Marketing & Sales team to define and deliver a coherent and effective fund and discretionary fund management marketing and communications strategy. Requiring innovation and strong management skills across both internal staff as well as external suppliers, the success of the role is directly measurable by market exposure, recognition and expression of interest. My role enabled me to contributed to the overall business strategy by managing and co-ordinating campaigns and projects to support new and existing business activities in the development of the Investment Management funds as a brand and business. This role developed as the company did leading to oversight, implementation and management of the marketing strategy for launching the DFM to IFA business to the external market. This was a new avenue for the business and all collateral was built from scratch and a successful launch plan implemented. This area of the business has gone on to be successful in a very competitive market. As the business grew new opportunites arose such as project management and implementation of the marketing strategy and campaign for launching two new funds. The most successful of which raised over £350million from launch in the peak of the credit crunch, May 2009 to my departure in January 2013. The integrated nature of the role included producing various advertising campaigns across print and digital; managing project plans; promotional drives (including videos), conference calls, and digital campaigns. A major part of my role included producing joined up campaigns launching new products as well as existing funds, targeting relevant audiences. This made me the key relationship manager with various external agencies including our creative agency, video production company and PR agency. Show less
