► Led the development of a new division specifically focusing on research, development and sales for military aircraft spare parts and repairs. Program started with the KC-135 aircraft F108 military derivative CFM56 engine components. Was tasked with market sizing, new product identification, providing data analysis, technical writings, marketing packages, needs requirements, customer support services, as well as product and process improvements covering all parts of the product lifecycle all in collaboration with multi-site corporate subsidiaries. ► Other platforms and products included C-130 Cabin Components, F-16 Hydraulic Pistons, CH-47 and P-8 Batteries, XH-60 Wiring Harnesses as well as multiplatform hardware and oxygen components. Program realized approximately $7M/yr. in sales from new product development. ► Incorporated new business capture logic discovering new project opportunities for pumps and latches resulting in $2M in new projects annually and $10M in additional potential sales for products that would have been otherwise overlooked or mischaracterized by the data set. This new business resulted in 20% increase in division new parts sales and $1.5M in new savings opportunities for customers. ► Utilizing continuous improvement workflow tools, developed more integrated documents and documentation methods that could be used across departments and subsidiaries that would intelligently automate some source approval request components. This reduced internal workload, expedited turn times on projects by several weeks and ensured the accuracy and traceability of source data. ► Designed and maintained the internal project SQL database structure, workflow, and documents in MS-Access for front end project tracking to find new opportunities, compare potential or past competitors, track project progress, prioritize tasks, and supply weekly status reports increasing the capacity of initial new product reviews from 20/week to 100/week.
