Saul Fleischman
We employed Gerardo Nardelli as an engineering intern from the middle of January, 2016 through the end of May, 2016 and are most pleased with his contributions to our SaaS startup, RiteTag. Gerardo was quick to familiarize himself with our development tools and accommodating with his time and availability to work with our CTO and the entire engineering team. He did feasibility research as well as bug fixes and feature builds in his time with us. We found that he delivered fast, solid solutions. Gerardo was soon taking on the toughest of our sub-projects and taking responsibility for the execution of the most powerful components of RiteTag - that our customers will be relying on for years to come. Gerardo’s work has added tremendous value to the RiteTag site. Most notable among his completed work: Drag and drop image uploads in our Composer Setting of Trend Alerts in analytics pages Customer self-branding and many visual improvements for out call-to-action on shortened URLs In addition to working on features for our customers, Gerardo self - designed and solely developed a RiteTag Slack integration. The integration provides Twitter engagement analytics on any hashtag, and recommended hashtags for a topic directly in Slack using a simple slash command. Gerardo devised visual solutions that are consistent with the design styling throughout the site, helped new RiteTag engineers learn our practices and get productive and learned all new technologies required to do what was asked of him. Gerardo is good-natured, a proficient researcher, and someone who takes pains to learn everything about a project's true value proposition before building or discussing feature ideas. He verifies his solutions thoroughly to ensure customers receive a great experience.
