• Mainly in customer service field by replying enquiries via WhatsApp and Facebook. Suggested them to have the chatbot function and participated in the implementation. After chatbot implementation, their response rate has been improved dramatically. This saves them a lot of time by replying the message one by one. Assist the marketing department eg. finding new collaboration opportunities, how they promote their brand via various social media like Facebook and Instagram, etc... • Became a part-time worker in MY Art Studio to assist them in preparation of their annual event: Golden Bear Award for 3 weeks. Mostly assist them in preparing participant's transcript and certificates.



• Became a part-time promoter in a phone accessories shop in Klang, Selangor during break while waiting for SPM result.



• Became a part-time worker for few weeks per year, in conjunction with the Malaysia Klang International Expo.



• Work as part-time waiter during Chinese New Year, as there are many customers look for vegetarian restaurant, which also means high demand of part-time waiter.
