I was responsible for imaging XPA, XPC, and HeLa cells for evidence of DNA damage repair via immunofluorescent microscopy. I compiled data on DNA damage repair into an excel document to create charts and presented this data to the science faculty at the university. I also assisted in the composition of a research article titled “Polynuclear ruthenium organometallic complexes induce DNA damage in cells repaired by the nucleotide excision repair pathways” that was published in the DNA Repair journal.
