  I have had the pleasure of coordinating production of the rapidly growing Flexo division, since 2008 when Flower City Printing began its venture into Flexography. The division started with 1 flexo press, 1 shift in 2008. Production Coordination includes: - Oversight and coordination of operations for 4 flexographic presses, running all three shifts. - Inventory management of pressroom supplies and materials such as; ink, anilox, rollers, and other operation related supplies. - Schedule and oversee maintenance of presses, rewinders and other print production equipment. - Personnel management of press operators, rewinders, plate makers, ink room personnel. Major customers have included: Hanes, Bali, Dollar General, and Ommegang Brewery. Flower City Printing offers wide format offset printing, digital, flexo, finishing, kit-packing, and warehousing.
