  As a supervisor, I led a team of 5-9 teammates to successfully unload over 100 trucks of varying sizes a year. I handled any issues and conflicts that arose during this process while simultaneously keeping the rest of the team focused. I communicated with management in a timely manor when assistance was needed, and I stayed late almost every night to ensure that the truck was completely done.
