During this two years, I supervised a team of eight staff. Working together we developed Policy for 250 government schools. The Team was effective in Planning for Cycle Two and Cycle Three reform in Abu Dhabi. We also monitored the Performance of ADEC and Schools.

I served in School Operations at ADEC. As a Cluster Manager, I supervised schools in Abu Dhabi and completed Principal evaluations. I had the opportunity to manage KG, Cycle One, Cycle Two and Cycle Three schools.

Lake Central is a large school district in northwest Indiana. I served 10,000 students, 1000 staff with a $95 million annual budget. With community leaders we presented a referendum to the community of improve the high school facility. Lake Central is a large school district in northwest Indiana. As Superintendent in Blackford County, I managed a $5 million Grant to improve primary education. We were able to bring Pre School onto the elementary campus, increase staffing and accent facilities. Edgewood Middle School was a Four Star School during my service. The school had an outstanding climate and culture for learning. We developed a Building Wide Student Management Plan.
