After remodeling more than 40,000 kitchens, we've developed incredible kitchen design expertise, terrific relationships with our vendor partners, unmatched buying power and an industry-leading franchise system. Kitchen Solvers is built around The Pleasant Remodeling Experience. Providing homeowners with a Pleasant Remodeling Experience it serves as our standard of excellence and it IS the foundation our company is built on. Simply put, the Pleasant Remodeling Experience defines Kitchen Solvers’ best practices and articulates how franchisees are expected to interact with their customers in every way. It drives our success as a franchise system; and more importantly drives your success as a franchise owner. Adhering to our Pleasant Remodeling Experience best practices is our most powerful competitive differentiator. With every new franchisee we start them off the Franchise Vision Plan "FVP". The vision plan provides us with what your standard of success looks like by strategically aligning your 1,3,5 to 10 year goals with our business systems. We will give you the road map and support to achieve your goals through strict management of Lead Generation, Finances, Operations, and Marketing. Different people will have different strengths and we will customize your training to your specific needs. While we build your strengths, we also concentrate on improving your weaknesses.

I worked within the Rapid Continuous Improvement (RCI) program while emphasizing lean manufacturing. Mathews is a class "A" performance manufacturing company. I spent a lot of time with developing and maintaining the Kaizen program. I received a lot of experience with most of the lean manufacturing tools (VSM, RCI, Kaizen, Pareto Charts, Diagrams, 5S). I also spent some time with all of the departments within the manufacturing part of Mathews. I started a lawn care service company in 2007. I learned a lot about LLCs, applying for licenses, buying insurance, working with customers, employee motivation and leadership. Starting this company allowed me to experience employee management, marketing, accounting (i.e. payroll and invoicing), and customer relations. I started a lawn care service company in 2007.
