We have had some excellent brainstorming sessions, where he was able to create mockups and suggested workflows from initial thoughts. I have seen him vastly improve awful code from a previous vendor to make it work properly. He has suggested creative and functional workarounds while we developed a long-term solution. Aaron is an excellent communicator at all levels—with other developers, with the business unit, with QA, with Ops, and team leads. Aaron patiently explains (and re-explains) as needed. He is immediately responsive to regular and escalated requests. I appreciate his transparency—if there is a delay, he will spell it out and then show how we can move forward.
