Thales won the programme to transition the service and run it for 7 years and it was my responsibility to transform the service and provide year on year efficiencies. Successfully delivered Phase 1 of the programme meeting the Key Performance Indicators for improved efficiency. Through good communication skills and networking in excess of 100 roles were identified and staff allocated.
