I led people through market research surveys and input the answers into a computer database. Wrote down answers verbatim. Target driven environment, minimum completion of surveys per hour. Organising appointments for call backs. Reporting people who wished to be taken off the call list. Identifying target ranges in terms of age, gender and employment.
