I love the affordable housing sector and the Shared Ownership product! The sales arm of bpha, Domovo Homes is a forward thinking housing group, which provides homes for people right across the centre of of England. I lead, manage, train and coach team of fantastic Sales Professionals. Selling properties predominantly via the government backed and ever popular Shared Ownership product - either new homes, resales or RTHB of our own or on behalf of our clients. Also selling properties on the open market and via HtB Equity Loan. Strategic planning, forecasting, reporting, CRM utilisation and ultimately seeing sales figures grow, are all key parts of my role.
