I met Laura when I was a student in the MSA program. She handled all-things-IT. Believe it or not, for a first-year program with a bunch of students with large datasets and many programs to analyze with, Laura held down the fort and everything went smoothly!

As Academic Program Coordinator in our MS in Analytics program, Laura has kept busy dealing with the needs of the graduate students and the teaching faculty. She is always thinking and working, and combines a constant push for progress with a very pleasant and helpful approach. She handles the academics and the IT in an integrated manner - her previous work in central IT has given her the background to handle the analytics IT requirements very effectively. NC State is fortunate to have such a capable achiever working here.
