As a CSE I have worked with some of the largest companies in the world troubleshooting complex issues, mainly in EC2, for example: using Networking and OS level tools such as packet captures, and stack traces, as well as routinely examining various logs to identify issues. Added specializations include EBS, Elasticache, SSM and Cloudformation. I have also worked complex cases involving other AWS services such as S3, CloudEndure, ECS, Image Builder, Trusted Advisor and EFS. Furthermore apart from the core work above I have conducted training, technical interviews, and act regularly as the primary point of contact for the Linux profile (handling escalations, questions from colleagues in other profiles, etc).
