This is an individual contributor position. Job Responsibilities: •Understand corporate guidelines (corporate identity) to ensure digital and print materials exemplify the look and feel of the Allu brand. •Design a variety of assets for multiple platforms including, but not limited to digital ads, website product photos, brochures, print publications, and events planning. •Develop and manage Digital Asset Management (DAM) library •Adjust, rename and manage all digital assets to ensure they meet all SEO, meta data, and other image requirements before storing in Digital Asset Management (DAM) library. •Source and vet 3rd party partners, if required to ensure all post photo production product images adhere to image standards. •Photograph as needed any table-top product/still life for digital content utilizing proper lighting and photography techniques to meet industry standards. •Design graphic email campaigns in accordance with rolling 3-month marketing campaign calendar. •Support the company’s email marketing strategies. •Deploy and track email campaigns through HubSpot software. •Test and measure creative assets to improve upon to generate maximum response and traffic conversion. •Produce videos including live and animation, if required. •Keep updated on workload and manage time effectively to ensure deadlines are met and adhered to. •Work with eCommerce team to achieve results and ensure you are aligned with Allu business objectives. •Ability to take the opportunity to learn and chip in with other aspects of marketing and the business. •Stay up-to-date with trends in graphic and digital design including techniques and software. •Perform other job duties as needed.
