I thoroughly enjoyed the time which I spent working with Steph at Threshold Sports. She is an incredibly talented PR and sponsorship professional and an outright inspirational person, who demonstrated a huge amount of knowledge and experience within the industry, Steph is very strategic in her thinking, and very effective in taking an idea from an undeveloped thought process, right through into practice. She has an extensive range of contacts, and her genuinely personable nature comes across in all correspondences. I hope that our paths cross again in the future!

Steph has added real value to our media coverage. She's a pleasure to work with and consistently produces great results. She's creative, persistent, has a wonderful approach and great relationships with the media. I would highly recommend her and I'm looking forward to working with her again.

    • Project Director
      • Apr 2011 - Sep 2011

Having won one of the highly sought after Vodafone World of Difference placements in 2011 (out of 11,000 entries), I joined a non profit organisation, The Great Football Giveaway. The Great Football Giveaway is a small UK charity that delivers footballs to the poorest kids living in rural Africa - making a difference in countries where there is suffering as well as working closely with educational projects such as HIV and malaria awareness to help ensure these children live longer, healthier lives. In the last few years, the charity has hand delivered over 20,000 footballs and netballs direct to kids in some of the poorest rural areas of Malawi, Uganda, Angola, Zambia, Rwanda and Tanzania. My role involved creating a new TGFG project designed to reach the remote and rural region of Mbeya in South West Tanzania. This included recruiting, organising and managing a team of volunteers to deliver the project, generating funds, research, all logistics and planning, and leading the project team out in Tanzania. In addition, I was a guest presenter at the Vodafone World of Difference UK Induction day.
