Steve and I have known each other for over ten years. We started working together when Steve was the program manager for one of our consumer loan origination products, and we continued working together when he was Director of Business Transformation in our division. During that time, I have seen Steve use his organizational and technical skills to build a Service Excellence Team. His Team established standardized metrics and reporting across products that aided our division to identify risks, issues, or opportunities, and make decisions that are more informed. As Director of Business Transformation, I have seen Steve provide transparency about the status and progress for various business initiatives to senior management. When we were building out the Program Management Office, I personally reached out to Steve for his program management advice and expertise. His input influenced our center of excellence build out of the Program Management Office. Overall, I think that Steve’s program management experience coupled with his organizational and technical skills have been and will continue to be valuable assets, which would make Steve a valued associate in any organization.

As a program manager on my team at Fiserv, Steve led development of lending and ancillary applications and integration to credit union core systems. During his leadership, one amazing accomplishment was that he drove the process to gain agreement between two separate core product executives to co-develop a multi-core lending solution. Steve was highly regarded for his ability to perform rigorous analysis and provide executive leadership with fact-based recommendations for key decisions on product strategy. Steve has strong leadership and analytical skills. I'd certainly look forward to working with Steve again!
