Bio
Timothy Jacobs
I have known Wade for 31 years. He was my work center supervisor in the US Navy beginning in 1983. Through out my 22 years in the Navy and 15 years at Dell I have never met or worked with a more meticulous, detail oriented professional. Much of what he taught me back in our Navy days I carry with me today. He is completely in tune with today's technology down to the component level. He is an expert in failure analysis and taking that analysis to design and improve against future failures.
John Bogard
Wade is one of the best engineering technicians I have ever worked with. His electronics technical knowledge and solid understanding of Intel and AMD architecture is second to none. He was always the "go to" person at Dell's server factory when quality or production issues surfaced. As a team player and an individual contributor he has a proven record driving root cause failure analysis and corrective action. Wade is also an effective lab manager. He runs a tight ship with careful attention to 5S and safety standards. He interacts well and brings out the best in others working in the lab. In really enjoyed working with Wade and hope to do so in the future. I would strongly recommend Wade for any technical or management position.
