Extensive studies done on Product BOM (Bill of Materials) and Line Losses. This reduction in Variance yielded PKR 20Mio Savings in Annual Production Volumes.• Initiated Total Performance Management (TPM) on Infant Cereal Plant. This has lead to a culture of tagging any and all Issues faced. Ultimately helping in Improving Food Safety, Quality, Hygiene and UPS (UnPlanned Stoppages) and PS (Planned Stoppages)• I have developed advance understanding of milk composition & quality, especially FAT & SNF calculations and milk standardization and their operations (Production and CIP). Evaporator CIP Validation was increased from 19hrs Run time to 21 hrs run time, without having to enhance the CIP Times.• Providing Support to Application Group and Business by conducting trials of Different Products on both Infant Formula and Infant Cereal Plant.
