I have had the pleasure of seeing Vijayashree in action on two different stints - at Oracle and at Esper. The one thing that stands out to me about her is her passion for the customer and making them successful. She brings this empathy to ensure the customers are trained, onboarded and become fans of the organization. She exudes a sense of confidence to customers and ensures the successful completion of their projects on time. Vijayashree brings valuable skills of good listening, transparency, excellent composure, dependability and trust that comes from the positive relationships she builds with people and teams. Any organization that Vijayashree is a part of can rest assured that their customers are well taken care of!

I have worked with Vijayashree at Esper. At Esper Vijayashree ran our customer support organization. Given we work in a highly complex technical area fusing OS, application, and Cloud behavior, she was very effective at helping the team get to the bottom of issues. She was also responsible for driving onboarding and adoption of Esper in APAC markets and worked well with the sales and customer success functions. She worked with many of the big names in APAC including BigBasket, Gojek, and Lenovo. The accomplishment that impressed me the most about Vijayashree in her time at Esper was the end-to-end drive to add a new capability to our system that delivered on improving the support system from both a customer as well as an internal point of view. We had an idea that had been floating around for several years that she grabbed on to and drove all the way through in partnership with Product and Engineering. It goes to who she is - when there is an objective at hand, she will put her head down and rally her team as well as dependent teams to get it done. I have been privileged to have worked with Vijayashree and recommend her as a lead runner on any team she works with.
