Andranik Azizbekian
Me and Jeff have had chance to work together at QVC over a year starting from May 2017 up to August 2018. Jeff was leading the team of Android developers which consisted of 3-4 members including myself. Among all of the technical and managerial responsibilities he took I was truly impressed by Jeff's ability to translate business needs into technical solutions thus being confident in both strategic as well as the development side. He represented and negotiated to the business team the features we had worked on, meanwhile resolved all of the relevant questions in a very fast way. Jeff enjoyed digging into details, understanding the roots of the issues. This, plus the fact that he knew all ins and outs at QVC enabled any of his suggestions to go quite smoothly resulting in productive outcomes. Needless to mention, Jeff "had programming in his blood" - he would emphasize on quality code, hence we got used to his pedantic (in a good manner) behavior when reviewing PRs, which is a good thing, because we were getting better both as a team and as professionals. Overall Jeff is a very nice person to work with and I highly recommend him in a leading position.
