She was a great mentor, and created a safe and welcoming space for everyone. Her positive energy that she brings every day is unmatched, in and outside of the office.       Two to three times a month I am scheduled to sing with the Worship Band for a service. For each service we will rehearse 1-3 hours prior to the actual performance. There, we decide who will sing what part, figure out harmonies, and the style of the song. During the performance, I usually take lead on 3 of the 6 songs. This is accomplished by timing customers in line when they first enter the queue to when their transaction is complete. That customer is then asked to take a short survey. At the end of the football season, the AMA will compile all the data collected, and present it to the top management of the company.
