Paul is a fantastic asset to the engineering community. During my time on his team at Adobe I came to appreciate his focus on creating a safe and inclusive space and his sincere desire to help others grow in their roles. Paul is an amazing mentor and career coach and helped me identify strengths as well as areas to push outside of my comfort zone and grow as an engineer. He has a lot of intelligent insight into how things tick and how to maximize people's talents. I would hands down work on one of his teams again given the opportunity.
