Natasha Reeves was employed as a Member Service Representative at Fitness First St Kilda for 6 months from May to November 2016. When I first transferred across to St Kilda in June, she was already standing out as one of the more prominent sales representatives I had, performing at a level beyond her current time in the role. Her responsibilities included customer service, proactive lead generation, calling prospects, booking appointments, performing tours, presenting membership options and selling gym memberships plus personal training. I would highly recommended Natasha for future employment. During her time at Fitness First, her customer service and ability to build rapport was excellent. She had a bubbly, infectious personality and was well liked by all.. She was compassionate and empathetic, but also tenacious and determined to close the sale.
