I've worked with Sondra at MTD / Stanley Black & Decker for nearly 5 years. Sondra is smart, organized and extremely resourceful. She is a motivated, self-starter who has the very unusual skillset of seeing and understanding complex concepts from the '10,000 foot view', while still having the ability to translate that insight into low-level technical requirements. She's also able to then write clean code to bring it all together. Sondra is a great communicator who has been able to help keep our team on task. Her organization and documentation is outstanding. There were several occasions when I needed to pass important technical support work to Sondra and she was very willing to help me out during these crunch times. Sondra is not only a phenomenal worker, but she's also a really good person. She will be an asset to any team that is lucky enough to have her.

Sondra is an organized and detail oriented worker, that is a pleasure to work with. The quality of her technical documentation was some of the best I saw while working at Stanley Black & Decker, and MTD. The Confluence pages she wrote while on the commerce team alone saved me hours of research on more than one occasion, and I'm not the only one to make that claim. Sondra's efforts at support showed the same level of focus and clarity. Even if she wasn't the right person to fix an issue she would track down who could help, and all the while be asking questions and taking notes to pass over to the actual resource to speed them along their way. Sondra is delightful to work with, which I think is just as important as her technical expertise. Her positive personality and sense of humor always made interacting with her a pleasure, and I would often choose her as my first point of contact when I needed information from her team.
