Matthew Sutton
Erik's contribution to Zemax' success cannot be overstated. Erik joined the Product team as a Product Engineer, basically the subject matter expert for OpticStudio. Erik singlehandedly built and implemented a test regimen which was responsible for improving release quality and driving a 100% improvement in near term version updates. Erik then pivoted to lead the quality control team as well as manage the product development process; essentially the Product Owner for OpticStudio. At heart, Erik is a damn fine engineer who will succeed wherever he directs his focus.
