Having worked under Pascal for 2.5 years, I would highly recommend him as a person with profound knowledge particularly with advanced business solutions. He is extremely goal-oriented, focused, and highly ambitious. His experience is extensive, and he possesses exceptional leadership skills. Pascal took on a leadership role in Migraine Ireland, inspiring and motivating the team to work smarter, not harder and with a great sense of achievement for each milestone we reached. Result-driven, experienced and efficient team player. I found him a great CEO to work under, who goes above and beyond to keep everyone motivated and focused. He is a visionary and it was an enriching experience for me. I have no doubt Pascal will continue to do great things in his professional career in the future!

Extremely personable, Pascal has a great ability to put anyone at ease within moments of meeting. He is hyper-aware and very intuitive, picking up on nuances that others would miss. Pascal is always thinking one step ahead, and his attention to detail is meticulous. He is a mover and a shaker and from experience, mobilises and motivates teams to deliver tangible results with ease that have positive impacts far beyond any singular objective.

SPADE is a Not For Profit organization with Charity status. SPADE Enterprise Centre is a community-based enterprise centre which was opened in 1990 in the converted St. Paul's Church at North King Street in Dublin 7. The initial purpose of SPADE was to assist local unemployed people to successfully set up their own businesses. Nowadays the Centre host a range of new and developing businesses in our EHO Approved Food Production Kitchens and high quality modern serviced office spaces. We were licensing our main building and three separate premises to more than 30 businesses and their 155 staff including Social Enterprises, Tech Start Ups, Professional Services and innovative Food companies. As General Manager of the organization my role was to oversee the developmental, administrative, operational, financial, business, marketing and customer service activities. I also provided directional support and mentoring to SPADE staff while managing the relationship with the local community, social & civic area partners, Dublin business organisations and Leinster community support organisations. I reported directly to the Chairman of the Board. During my tenure in SPADE, the organisation was awarded the 2020 Business All Star Accreditation by AIBF & Best Community Enterprise Space 2021 by EU Business News Show less
