Any organization looking to increase its capabilities to deliver great online learning experiences would be well-served by Eileen's presence. Her training and experience in information architecture and the delivery of digital learning materials places her among the most skilled professionals I have worked with in this area. During our time together developing web strategy for IBM hardware systems, Eileen displayed thorough knowledge of interactive marketing methodology and technique, delivering well structured learning and marketing materials that put the user at the center of the experience. She showed strong ability to take engineer-driven concepts and make them clear to non-expert users to help draw new customers to IBM solutions. Additionally, she always approached her work with great energy and a true spirit of collaboration. She played a strong role in influencing a more traditional marketing team to adopt modern interactive marketing strategies. I can obviously recommend Eileen highly.

I had the good fortune to work for Eileen at Mc-Graw Hill. Her leadership style enabled me and the team to come up with innovative solutions for our product line. As a consensus builder, Eileen listened to our opinions and considered them when making product related decisions. I draw upon my experience at Mc-Graw Hill frequently, and Eileen was directly responsible for one of the most creative and interesting periods of my career.
