As an Expertise Lead I am part of the EDSN Leadership Management Team and Management Team Operations on strategic level. It is an organization that plays a central role in the exchange of data between energy companies, grid operators and market participants in the Netherlands. The company manages a platform that enables the fast and secure exchange of energy consumption and production data between different parties in the energy market. EDSN focuses on facilitating a reliable, secure and efficient exchange of energy data. This is important to have a well-functioning energy market and to support the energy transition towards sustainable energy. The company works closely with grid operators, energy suppliers, government agencies and other stakeholders to accelerate the energy transition in the Netherlands and optimize the energy market. Natasja oversees independently film productions and is mostly responsible for crew/cast of +/- 75 professionals. On a freelance base Natasja works as a filmmaker. previous to that she was very active as a photographer until she got hooked on filmmaking. Nowadays she's asked on a regular basis to speak about her work and her view on diverse events.It took 9 intense months to make and publish the first book in 2011 about Moluccans living in the Netherlands. The book is available in all Dutch and Belgium (online)bookstores, libraries and universities with an Anthropology department. Due to the Corona crisis, it was imperative to work as effectively as possible. The impact of no longer flying meant that the organization had to let a large number of people go, as well as setting new priorities, reviewing and changing processes in a short time. As an Agile Change-/ Program Manager & MT member, Natasja was accountable for setting up an adjusted 'Flight Plan' (Year Plan) together with MT-O (Management Operations) in order to immediately create a transparent overview of all existing projects to determine what to stop or continue by quick prioritization. For KLM airline only, Natasja is developing a change management strategy plan which contributes the KLM Transition/Social initiative that will be presented towards the Dutch Unions and Government.As a Product Owner she was accountable and gave a follow up to accelerate this process of prioritization and delivery within the Air France KLM Group IT organization in conjunction with the business together with a wonderful dynamic Product Team. The Product Team works by vision in sprints of two weeks with a constant flow of 100% delivery!To create support and to remove unrest among the employees. Natasja was accountable to create a team to focus on the Employee Engagement (D&I) to research and act on how employees are dealing with change and what the impact is of the pandemic and the consequences on the well-being of employees. Initiative is well appreciated by Air France KLM Group and unions, and used in the decision making.In addition to her current work, as a portfolio manager cybersecurity Natasja has been asked to review and improve the current Air France KLM Group Cyber Security portfolio, as well as the organization, together with MT-SEC (Management Team Security) towards an Agile mindset and optimization of AFKL IT Security workforce. Since 2007 Natasja worked as a consultant in the financial sector for Sogeti and her clients (ABN AMRO Bank, Travelex, BKR, KLM etc.). Where she's mainly used as an interpreter between Business and IT, firstly started as a Microsoft Infrastructure Engineer and slightly moved to Business Development keeping a helicopter view, coordinate and (keep)structure in mainly IT driven projects. Using mostly the Agile methodology (combined with Prince2) and frameworks like SAFe Natasja has also worked as a marketing and communication specialist for several departments and projects for Sogeti. She was accountable for internal and external projects through organizing, structuring and worked on corporate campaigns. Her work included monitoring and communicating the correct identity and (core) values within the company. As a copywriter through newsletters, social media, intranet, external websites and internal meetings Natasja collaborated to the exchange of information that contributed to the organizational goals. She kept a strong relation with Microsoft, IBM and the technical communication channels. To promote the company and its services Natasja was often asked to design printed advertising and for making business films for internal and external campaigns. Through evaluations Natasja could measure her achieved corresponding to her and the companies desired results. Besides her daily job she also helped with recruiting infrastructure engineers, task included reviewing curriculum's, having job interviews, giving assessments and giving monthly a welcome presentation to new employees about the company's culture. Natasja has worked as a Pilot Manager at Foundation Credit Registration Office (BKR). As a Pilot Manager Natasja was independently responsible for the design and progress of a number of pilot projects and was responsible for the communication between BKR and its pilot participants. BKR has launched the initiative "Locality of Debts” (VPS) after previous initiatives had ended for a system of early detection. Like many organizations Travelex had to conform to the European Data protection Act and to "meldplicht Data Leaks" (Data Protection Act). For this, the Senior Manager Security and Natasja have made an inventory. In three weeks they collected as much information as possible. Interviewing critical stakeholders comprising the Senior Management of the organization and a security officer from London belonged also to Natasja’s tasks. So there could be an image quickly shoveled of the current organization and documentation. The goal was to see if there was relevant documentation and what needed to be done to achieve the desired results. With that information, a written English report with focus on the Netherlands got released what will serve as an example for any other Travelex locations worldwide. Show less
