      Pesaran Lab – NYU Center for Neural Science (CNS) • Led the data analysis for quantitatively characterising and visualising the spatiotemporal dynamics of intraoperatively recorded human epileptiform local field potentials (inter-ictal spikes, high-frequency oscillations) in sub-millimetre scale. Methods: multitaper spectral analysis, tSNE and quiver/3D stacking/movie plotting. • Developed the pre/post-op experimental pipeline (including designing/fabricating mechanical parts, bench-testing electrode arrays and developing software solutions to store, analyse and operate data in the clinical EEG software) for intraoperative recording from human epilepsy patients using μECoG electrode grids. • Developed the calibration setup and control software for a projector-scope used to deliver spatiotemporal light patterns for optogenetic stimulation with micron spatial resolution for studying the interhemispheric connectivity of the motor cortex. • CAD design, fabrication and testing of mechanical parts and gaskets for neural implants used for electrophysiological and optical interaction with the cortex.
