Mike is a great example of one of those employees you want on your team. He is consistently professional, accurate, thoughtful dependable and hard working. His intuitiveness ensures he understands a task or situation and allows him to handle extremely difficult tasks. I see Mike as a natural leader and motivator who consistently will seek to improve himself, his team and whatever company he is a part of.

I first worked with Mike at LibertyJam 2006, a large, multi-act music festival held in Liberty State Park. During our work together, Mike demonstrated an excellent work ethic and strong production coordination skills. Since that time I have worked with him on several other events and plan to hire him in 2008 for the Global Green Expo, The HIGHLINE Ballroom Governors island Concert Series, and the All Points West Music Festival. He's organized, dependable, and able to handle multiple tasks. He is equally dependable in the field as he is in the office working the phone and his laptop. Any company would be happy to have Mike as part of their team, and no event is complete without Mike and what I have dubbed his "Bellini Crew" of tremendous Production Assistants.
